Victor Najjar
PT, DPT
Victor was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois! Growing up, he has always had a passion to work as a healthcare professional and after finishing his undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign, he was ready to begin his journey to become a physical therapist. Victor completed his DPT at the MGH Institute of Health Professions in Boston, MA - graduating in January of 2024. He is now settled in Longmont and is excited to begin his career with Altitude!
Outside of physical therapy, Victor has a strong passion in sports including basketball, baseball, football, and MMA. He spends his weekends exploring everything Colorado has to offer and is recently getting into photography!
Interests
Victor has extensive experience working in outpatient orthopedic clinics and has found great success treating patients of all diagnoses. He prioritizes developing strong relationships with his patients along with using collaborative methods to help them reach their goals!
Treatment Philosophy
Victor's treatment philosophy involves a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and activity modification to help his patients reach their goals. He has found great success utilizing soft tissue massage, joint mobilizations, and joint manipulations to improve the quality of his patients' movements. He also prescribes exercises based on what the patient wants to get back to doing, which could range from carrying a child to competing in sports!
