Mitch was originally raised in Northern Michigan, but has been living in Colorado since 2014. The youngest of four children, he was always pushed to keep up and developed his competitive spirit. He played multiple sports growing up including football, basketball, soccer and track.
After finishing undergrad, Mitch moved to Chicago where he worked for five years with a job in sales. However, he continued to have a strong interest in health and wellness, and physical therapy seemed like a perfect fit for his personality. Mitch has devoted himself to an energetic lifestyle and enjoys staying as active as possible. He continues to enjoy competing in all sports and also loves outdoor activities such as snowboarding, hiking, boating, running and lifting weights.

Mitch utilizes a wide variety of treatment techniques with an emphasis on manual therapy paired with exercises customized for each patient’s needs. His goal is to improve your quality of life and return you to the activities you love doing as soon as possible.
