Why Work for Altitude?
We are the largest PT-owned private practice physical therapy group in Colorado with 5 thriving clinics in the Denver Metro area. We regularly incorporate professional development and mentorship for our employees. This includes monthly journal clubs, peer to peer treatments, co-treats, weekly article reviews and quarterly in-services. We believe in promoting a positive work culture and do so by having monthly sponsored lunches for team building, regular in person meetings at each clinic with the owner, Bob Cranny, and daily opportunities to interact with PTs across the company through the Slack App.
We trust our physical therapists and allow them autonomy when it comes to billing, treatment interventions, and scheduling. We believe this allows them to focus their treatments on providing the best possible care for each patient. Our model of 30-minute one-on-one sessions, without the use of PTAs or aides, sets us apart from other traditional physical therapy practices. The patient truly values the undivided care and our PTs enjoy continuity of care and building a relationship with their patients. Our nearly 800 Google Reviews with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5 speak for themselves! We are always looking for ways to improve as a company and are open to equipment requests, operational adjustments, and any other suggestions. While all of our clinics have well-established PTs, our staff ranges from new graduates to those that have been with Altitude for 20+ years.
