Brian Bremmer
PT, DPT, OCS
Brian was born and raised in Montvale, New Jersey. He grew up involved in wrestling, snowboarding and motocross. At the age of 14, following a motocross injury, he was introduced to physical therapy as a patient, and his interest in the profession was ignited.
Brian has been an avid rock climber for the past ten years, and has spent three seasons instructing rock climbing in the Shawangunk Mountains (the Gunks for any climbers out there). Brian has used his experience and background to help patients return to a pain free pursuit of their passions.
Interests
Brian has been fortunate enough to work as a rock climbing instructor and share this passion with others. When he’s not in the clinic, you are likely to find him on the side of the cliff either instructing or climbing recreationally with friends.
Treatment Philosophy
Brian’s interest in physical therapy sparked at a young age as a patient following a motocross injury. Understanding the difficulty of being sidelined from the activities he loved due to injury has fueled his motivation to help patients to return their passions. Brian enjoys educating patients in how they play an active role in their recovery. This interest in education has carried over into his other passion, rock climbing.
